Prices include all charges, WiFi and cleaning.

Each apartment has been recently refurbished. It is our ambition to keep this high standard. The furnishing is tasteful, the appliances and the kitchen ware are of high quality. Bedding, bed linen and towels are provided. Every apartment is non-smoking. Washing machine and dryer are available. 

We offer apartments in sizes from 35 to 60 m². The apartments are located in Karlsruhe-Durlach and have an excellent access to public transport, shopping and leisure infrastructure.

The minimum rental period is six months.
